[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨助产士温馨护理干预在自然分娩产妇中的应用。 方法 选取 2023 年 1 月至 5 月滨 州医学院附属医院收治的 160 例产妇作为研究对象，惠阳月嫂13825404095按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各 80 例。 对照组采用常规助产士护理，观察组采用助产士温馨护理干预。比较两组分娩结局、并发症发生情况及疼痛 情况。 结果 观察组顺产率高于对照组（P < 0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P < 0.05）。观察 组第一产程潜伏期、第一产程活跃期、第二产程及第三产程的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组（P < 0.05）。 结论 助产士温馨护理干预在自然分娩产妇中的应用，可提高顺产率，减少并发症的发生，减轻疼痛感，值得 临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of warm nursing intervention of midwives in natural delivery. Methods A total of 160 parturients admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received routine midwifery nursing, and the observation group received warm nursing intervention of midwives. The delivery outcomes, complications and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The visual analogue scale scores of the first stage of labor latency, the first stage of labor activity, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of warm nursing intervention of midwives in natural delivery can improve the rate of vaginal delivery, reduce the occurrence of complications, relieve pain, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
