[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨 Teach-back 健康教育与延续性功能锻炼联合应用对乳腺癌根治术后患者功能恢复及 应对方式的影响。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2024 年 6 月连云港市第二人民医院普外科 60 例乳腺癌根治术 后患者，家政服务13825404095采用抽签法分为两组，各 30 例。对照组实施传统健康宣教及出院随访护理干预，观察组实施 Teachback 健康教育联合出院后微信延续性功能锻炼干预，1 个月后比较两组的肩关节活动度、疾病应对评分、上 肢淋巴水肿发生率。结果 观察组的上肢淋巴水肿发生率低于对照组（P < 0.05）；观察组干预后的肩关节活 动度高于对照组（P < 0.05）；观察组干预后的疾病应对评分优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论 Teach-back 健康 教育联合延续性功能锻炼干预能够转变乳腺癌根治术后患者的疾病应对方式，提升功能恢复效果，且上肢淋 巴水肿发生风险更低，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of the combination of Teach-back health education and continuous functional exercise on the functional recovery and coping style of patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods From January 2020 to June 2024, 60 patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy in the General Surgery Department of the Second People’s Hospital of Lianyungang were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received traditional health education and discharge follow-up nursing interventions, while the observation group received Teach-back health education combined with post discharge WeChat continuous functional exercise interventions. One month later, the differences in shoulder joint mobility, disease coping score, and incidence of upper limb lymphedema between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of upper limb lymphedema in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The shoulder joint mobility after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The disease coping score after intervention in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Teach-back health education combined with continuous functional exercise intervention can change the disease coping style of patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer and improve the effect offunctional recovery, with lower the risk of upper limb lymphedema, which is worth promoting
