Requires a free smartphone app + a mobile or direct landline number (no extension)
This smartphone app delivers a time-based, one-time passcode to enter, to confirm your identity. You’ll receive a one-time code by text or phone call if you’re locked out or need a multifactor authentication method.

Password + phone number
Similar to how you sign in to the portal now with your password, but also requires a mobile or direct landline number (no extension)
